They don’t add anything, this includes nutrients, yeast, bacteria, enzymes, tannins or other popular fermentation agents.

This is a cool climate cabernet franc that is very flavorful yet youthful wine. Juicy feel good even acidity with chile pepper aromas. 100% Cabernet Franc
